Yes, from your account. Moving up takes effect immediately and we bill the difference for the time remaining. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Yes. You choose a plan, the trial starts, and you create your station right after. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.

It stops broadcasting, and nothing is deleted. Your files, playlists and settings are kept for thirty days, and subscribing again puts the station back on the air with the same address. We email you when it stops and again seven days before the deadline; after that, the radio and its content are deleted.

No. Nothing is inserted into your audio, on any plan. Your listeners hear your radio and nothing else.

No. Listening hours are unlimited on every plan. What sizes a plan is storage, stream count and bitrate.

No. Every paid plan carries unlimited listeners. A station whose sustained traffic is out of proportion with what a webradio of its size needs is contacted first, and a limit is agreed with you rather than applied to you. In practice, no station on the platform has ever come close.
